Our strategy
- In 2017 we set out a 5-year strategic plan for our business. We considered the changing consumer landscape our customers are facing and the broader environmental considerations. Board of Directors
Our board oversees our strategy, capital allocation and investment decisions as well as guiding our day-to-day management. The group is led by Dixit Mehta, Independent and Non-Executive Director.

Our executive Committees are responsible for guiding D & M and our operating group.
